Vaccination for travel:
The surgery now offers travel immunisations and information.Please ask at reception for a travel questionnaire and an appointment to see the practice nurse. Please complete the questionnaire and return it to the practice as soon as possible before your appointment - this enables the nurse to prepare your immunisation programme.
