Obtain A Repeat Prescription?

If you are on regular treatment and require repeat medication, please indicate by a tick on the repeat prescription slip which medicines you require and deliver the request to Catterick Village Health Centre / Colburn Surgery. Please give 48 hours notice when requesting repeat prescriptions; this does not include Saturday or Sunday, as repeat prescriptions are not done at weekends.

In the interest of safety and accuracy, we regret that we cannot accept requests for repeat prescriptions over the telephone.

Please note - sometimes the names of your drugs may have changed from the manufacturers or trade name to the name of the ingredient. This may affect the appearence but should not alter the affect of your medication. We shall try to inform you at the time of collection of any changes and if you feel there is a difference in effect please let us know.
