Obtain A Repeat Prescription?
If you are on regular treatment and require repeat medication, please indicate by a tick on the repeat prescription slip which medicines you require and deliver the request to Catterick Village Health Centre / Colburn Surgery. Please give 48 hours' notice when requesting repeat prescriptions; this does not include Saturday or Sunday, as repeat prescriptions are not done at weekends.
Requests for repeat prescriptions can be taken over the telephone between the hours of 10.30 - 11.30am and 2.30 - 3.30pm. Please ring 01748 811475 and listen to the recorded message. You can also order your repeat prescription on-line. This requires registration; please contact the surgery on 01748 811475 at any time to register.
The dispensary
If you are a registered dispensing patient you can get your prescription dispensed from Catterick Village Health Centre.
Please note - sometimes the names of your drugs may have changed from the manufacturers' or trade name to the name of the ingredient. This may affect the appearance but should not alter the effect of your medication. We shall try to inform you at the time of collection of any changes and if you feel there is a difference in effect please let us know.

HOW DO I....
Obtain Test Results?
X-rays and results may take two to four weeks to come back to the practice. When telephoning for a result, please ring between 11.00am and 3.30pm. If you want to see a doctor about results or hospital letters, please check with the receptionist that the result/letter is back first before making an appointment.
