Services Offered By The Practice

We run health promotion clinics which are designed to give general advice and maintenance on good health, surveillance for disease, disability and other health problems. These clinics will also offer further management and followup to those suffering with chronic disease:

• Medication review	• Menopause	• Diabetes
• Diet and exercise	• Well baby	• Well woman
• Well man (MOT)	• Chiropody	• Heart disease prevention

Physiotherapy is available on the surgery's premesis, but can only be arranged if felt appropriate on consultation with the doctors.

These clinics are by appointment at both Catterick Village Health Centre and Colburn Surgery - during surgery hours with the practice nurse.

Travel Advice/Information

The surgery now offers travel immunisations and information. Please ask at reception for a travel questionnaire and an appointment to see the practice nurse. Please complete the questionnaire and return it to the practice as soon as possible before your appointment - this enables the nurse to prepare your immunisation programme.
